Intrepid x TIFF

Developed the idea, built the partnership and designed the strategy for a 3-year collaboration between Intrepid and the Toronto International Film Festival, the largest public film festival in the world.

Elmwood Shop Launch

Led the strategy behind Elmwood Spa’s new e-commerce store as the spas closed due to the pandemic. Project goals were to improve user experience on desktop and mobile, expand product offering, automate fulfillment process and ultimately create a new revenue stream for this bricks and mortar business.

Gladstone Hotel Website

Lead the strategy behind the Gladstone Hotel’s new website project. Project goals were to reduce bounce rate, improve user experience, optimize for mobile and increase online transactions.

Gladstone Hotel Brand Evolution

I lead a brand evolution to modernize the Gladstone Hotel’s branding, look and feel. Working with a local design studio, we refined the logo and created updated brand guidelines. These updates were applied to all assets including e-newsletters, website and print collateral.

Gladstone Weddings Digital Campaign

Led and executed a digital marketing campaign including Facebook ads, display ads, emailers, unbounce landing pages and guarded content. The campaign led to a 500% increase in qualified wedding leads.

Grow Op 2018

Led an aggressive campaign to increase Grow Op attendees by 33%. Omni marketing approach included press outreach, community outreach, email marketing, Facebook ads and event activations. Managed content creation including video production, blog editing and art direction for photoshoots.

Harvest Wednesdays

Breathed new life into this food series that ran from 2009-2012 and was since abandoned. Led the rebrand which was executed by the Gladstone Hotel’s in-house designer. Independently created a website and marketplace to sell tickets and worked with a local influencer in Toronto’s food community to help bring guest chefs and partners on board.

ME to WE Contest

Conceptualized and project managed the ME to WE Trips contest activation at We Day celebrations across Canada and the US including on-site activations using RFID technology, a digital contest entry platform and email nurture flow to build a pipeline of qualified leads.

Project managed the creative for a brand new ME to WE Trips website in 2015. Oversaw a team of writers, graphic designers and web developers to complete this project.
